Q How long is your production time?

A It usually takes 35-40 days after deposit received. It mainly depends on the quantity.
Q Can you provide OEM/ODM service?

A Yes. OEM/ODM production is available.
Q How can I get samples?

A You can contact us directly. Sample fee will be refunded after placing bulk order.
Q What is your terms of packing?

A Neutral printing of kraft cartons can also be customized according to client’s requests.
Q What are the terms of payments?

A Usually T/T, 30% deposit, 70% before delivery. We also accept L/C, Weston Union, Paypal and Money Gram.
Q Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?

A Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q Can we use our own shipping agent?

A Sure.
